We work in Southern Ontario specializing in all types of trenching, including open cut and trenchless (directional boring)
We understand that professional utility contractors have a difficult challenge of both meeting aggressive deadlines and minimizing costly call-backs. We want to help our clients meet these challenges head on with tested experience and organization.
All our employees/operators are required to go through our internal training program and are required to sign a 16 point policy document which details the behaviours we've committed ourselves to. This includes professional standards of communication, dress, cleanliness, respect of property, and safety.
Our most senior operators have up to 30 years experience in utilities construction. Our management team focusses intensely on getting the right information together at the outset of each project. Not a single piece of equipment leaves our yard until locates are completed, a job package has been created and there is absolute clarity on what needs to be done.
Once on site, not a shovel enters the ground until our crews have had their safety/tailboard meeting and job details have been reviewed.
We don't leave a job unfinished.
One of the ways we measure our success is by the number of call-backs on our work. Even considering factors outside of our control (like weather, soil conditions, change orders etc…) our current rate of callbacks is under 5%. That means that we return to less than 5 jobs out of 100.
